Additional Chief Secretary, Forest & Environment Department reviewed NCSCM Work on long-term monitoring plan for Ecosystem-based conservation management for Bhitarkanika Conservation Area

A meeting convened on 16th January 2020 at PMU to review the works of NCSCM, Chennai on the Bio-diversity Component of OFSDP-II on Long-term monitoring plan for Ecosystem-based conservation management of Bhitarkanika Area (BCA). The Additional Chief Secretary of Forest & Environment Department Dr Mona Sharma, IAS, chaired the meeting and reviewed the progress. The review programme was attended by PCCF and HoFF, PCCF(Wildlife)-cum-Chief Wildlife Warden, PPCF & Project Director, OFSDP, APDs, DPDs, SPMs of PMU and Senior Scientists of NCSCM.
