DR. MEETA BISWAL, IFS (RR-1988) ADDITIONAL PRINCIPAL CHIEF CONSERVATOR OF FORESTS ASSUMED CHARGE AS THE PROJECT DIRECTOR (IN-CHARGE) OF OFSDS
Dr.(Mrs) Meeta Biswal, IFS (RR-1988), Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests joined as the In-charge Project Director of Odisha Forestry Sector Development Project on 31st May 2021. Dr. Biswal was serving as the Additional PCCF-cum-Additional Project Director in Odisha Forestry Sector Development Society under Forest and Environment Dept., Government of Odisha.
She took over charge after the retirement of Dr Sudarshan Panda, PCCF and Project Director of OFSDS. She was greeted and welcomed by all the staffs of PMU, OFSDS after she joined as the Project Director (In-charge).
In her opening remarks to the Staffs of PMU, OFSDS, Dr. (Mrs) Meeta Biswal, PD urged all to be sincere in their contribution for the assignments and work diligently in the trying times so that the project could achieve its objective in the field. She advised all the staffs to work in a team and coordinate with the field units so that the last mile benefit to the community should be achieved.
